To develop, manage, and control the commercial finance function of the business (ie. Controlling) with a primary focus on gross profit, capex, cash flow and balance sheet analysis for all business units. A business partnering role that will work closely with the stakeholders to support decision making and achievement of the business unit objectives.
Supports the Business to ensure the achievement of annual budget targets
Support and challenge operations management whilst ensuring financial integrity
Support the business throughout Contract lifecycle covering new business, renewals, price reviews, BCA, project start-up, performance management to contract closure
Implement revenue leakage reviews
Works with operations to improve start-up losses, and loss making accounts
Responsible for monthly forecasting
Manage the annual budgeting and midterm planning (IBP)
Prepare training program for Finance direct reports, Account manager BD as necessary
Support regional projects where required (e.g. Divisional Performance Management, Project costing roll out)
Requirements :
Relevant university degree, professional accounting qualification or equivalent
At least 5 years experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Experience in commercial finance, cost accounting or Big 4 audit experience is preferred
Articulate with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Team player, hands on with people management skills
