Review and manage tax compliance for both Malaysia and Philippines covering income tax,
tax estimate, transfer pricing, withholding tax & etc.
Attend to the tax authority's correspondences, request and/or audit, if any.
Liaise with the tax authority and attend to the correspondences, request and/or audit, if any.
Prepare and review tax computations and provisions.
Coordinate with tax agents for timely tax returns and computations, review, advise on
amendments and ensure the tax returns are in order and deadline for filing is met.
Attend to queries from stakeholders/business partners where required.
To communicate and liaise with tax authorities on all matters for the Group and ensure that
all matters are resolved on a timely manner.
Keep abreast of latest tax developments/updates and analyze the implication to the
business.
Other ad-hoc assignment /duties as and when required.
Requirements :
Good understanding of tax rules, regulations and practices.
Analytical mindset with attention to details.
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
