Role Description
We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager (“AFM”) to assist the group CFO to manage the financial accounts of three related portfolio companies. The AFM will oversee an existing finance team and ensure the timely reporting of the financial reports. |

Assist the group CFO to supervise and manage the finance team, guiding and working with the team to ensure the timely and accurate preparation and reporting of financial accounts for the respective countries and the consolidation of the accounts of these subsidiaries under Malaysian accounting standards. |

Role would also include preparation of costing, budgeting, management reporting, financial analysis, credit policy, managing banking facilities, cash flow forecast, managing cash flows and all other aspects of managing the financial requirements of the subsidiaries and the holding company. |

Proactive management of cashflows to ensure timely payments of creditors |
| |
Liaising with auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory audits |
| |
Working with other departments to ensure the accurate reporting of inventory levels |
| |
Preparation of monthly performance reports to the management and the Board of Directors |
