Oversee invoice processing and payments to ensure efficient financial operations.
Support internal and external audits by liaising with auditors and providing required documentation.
Handle annual tax computations and coordinate with tax agents for accurate and timely tax submissions.
Manage inter-country accounting matters in compliance with accounting standards and group policies.
Monitor and manage foreign exchange (FX) exposures and currency risk to safeguard company profitability.
Maintain accurate financial records and implement strong internal controls to protect company assets and ensure reporting integrity.
Coordinate budgeting processes and develop divisional financial forecasts aligned with strategic and organisational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including country finance leads and business unit managers, to deliver meaningful financial insights and strategic guidance.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferably a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably with listed companies, MNCs, or accounting firms.
Proven expertise in managing full sets of accounts, preparing financial reports, and performing variance analysis.
Strong analytical skills, able to work independently and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
